The Role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of Giftogram's most important customers — mid-market and enterprise organizations who already see Giftogram as a core part of how they recognize and reward people. Your job is to deepen those relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and make sure every customer feels like they have a real partner in us.
This isn't a cold-start role. You're inheriting real accounts with real momentum. Your job is to grow them.
You'll balance strategy and execution: part trusted advisor, part growth driver, part internal advocate. The best people in this role don't just manage accounts — they make customers want to expand.
What You'll Own
- A portfolio of active accounts, with full ownership of retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new teams, departments, and use cases
- Multi-threaded relationships — you're never relying on a single point of contact
- Structured business reviews and ROI conversations that connect Giftogram's value to what customers are actually trying to accomplish
- Accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning in HubSpot
- A voice for your customers internally — their wins are your wins
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 3–5+ years in account management, strategic sales, or customer success — with a real track record of expansion, not just renewal
- Experience working with HR, Finance, or Operations buyers at large organizations — you understand how enterprise decisions get made
- The ability to build credibility quickly at multiple levels, from daily users to senior stakeholders
- A consultative approach — you ask good questions, listen well, and bring ideas, not just check-ins
- CRM discipline (we use HubSpot) and the organizational habits to manage a book without things falling through the cracks
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 – $150,000 OTE with accelerators above target
- Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Medical, Dental, and Vision — effective Day 1
- 15 PTO days + paid company holidays
