About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to own and scale our entire marketing function. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline, building our brand, and growing a high-performing marketing team. This role is perfect for a B2B demand gen leader who’s equally comfortable writing high-converting copy, analyzing attribution models, and rolling up their sleeves in HubSpot.

You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Sales, and RevOps teams to align marketing with revenue, while establishing Giftogram as a continued category leader in B2B gifting.

You will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one, shaping the future of our marketing strategy and brand presence.

If you thrive in growth-stage environments, love the challenge of building from the ground up, and have a proven track record of driving growth through performance marketing and content, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Drive Pipeline & Growth

  • Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, and email

  • Launch and optimize performance marketing on LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms

  • Analyze attribution and engagement data daily to drive pipeline performance

  • Report on KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROAS, and velocity metrics

Build the Brand

  • Develop and refine Giftogram’s brand story and value proposition

  • Lead content strategy—blogs, case studies, guides, webinars, and thought leadership

  • Write or manage writers for high-converting landing pages, email nurture, and ad copy

  • Create sales enablement materials and internal GTM messaging

Scale the Team & Systems

  • Build and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team

  • Hire strategically, balancing specialists, generalists, and agency/freelancer support

  • Establish repeatable campaign playbooks and internal training programs

  • Foster a test-and-learn culture with revenue accountability

Be Hands-On

  • Execute campaigns in HubSpot and other MAP tools

  • Partner with sales to refine messaging based on call insights and buyer behavior

  • Own landing page testing, email copywriting, and campaign reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years focused on demand generation
  • Experience building and scaling a marketing team from early stages
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), paid media, and attribution
  • Strong writing chops and an eye for brand storytelling
  • Metrics-driven mindset with comfort in CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and pipeline metrics
  • Experience in SaaS or eCommerce marketing
  • Proven track record hiring, coaching, and growing top marketing talent

Bonus Points

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Knowledge of AEO/SEO strategies to support organic growth
  • Background in scaling PLG or hybrid sales-led/PLG organizations

Pay & Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Equity opportunities

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Hybrid work schedule and unlimited PTO

We believe in rewarding talent and dedication with a supportive, high-growth environment and benefits that help you thrive—both personally and professionally.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
