As an Account Manager at Giftogram, you will own a portfolio of existing customers and be accountable for both their success and their growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, People, marketing, and operations leaders — helping them build stronger recognition and rewards programs — while actively driving expansion within your accounts and developing new relationships across the organizations you serve.

You will turn initial use cases into company-wide programs.

This is not a maintenance role. It is an expansion role with a success-first foundation — and it requires someone with the relationship skills of a great account manager and the drive of a hunter.


In This Role, You'll:

  • Own a portfolio of existing Giftogram customers — accountable for retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth within your book
  • Own expansion pipeline within your accounts — identifying, progressing, and closing growth opportunities
  • Identify and engage the centralized buyer within each account — the stakeholder with authority to expand Giftogram across departments, teams, and use cases
  • Proactively map accounts — understanding org structure, budget owners, and untapped departments — and develop a clear expansion plan for every strategic account
  • Open new conversations within existing accounts — engaging stakeholders and departments not yet using Giftogram
  • Run discovery conversations and consultative account reviews that uncover new use cases, surface unmet needs, and position Giftogram as the standard platform across the organization
  • Partner closely with the AE team to escalate enterprise-level opportunities and collaborate on accounts with significant multi-department potential
  • Monitor account health signals and take proactive steps to protect retention and reduce churn within your portfolio
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot — account maps, expansion opportunities, activity logs, and next steps always current


You Might Be a Great Fit If:

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or inside sales — with a proven track record of growing revenue within an existing account base
  • You have a hunter mentality within a warm territory — you are not satisfied with flat retention and are always looking for the next opportunity inside an account
  • You build relationships quickly and credibly at every level of an organization — and know how to navigate to the right buyer
  • You are proactive and commercially minded — you identify expansion opportunities before customers ask and know how to build a business case for growing a program
  • You are comfortable owning a number — you take pride in growing your book of business and being measured on retention and expansion
  • You are disciplined and organized — you manage a portfolio of accounts without letting relationships, follow-ups, or priorities slip
  • You are coachable and driven — you take feedback seriously, implement it quickly, and continuously work to improve your craft
  • You are energized by growth — keeping customers happy is the baseline, not the goal. You want to help them do more.
