The Role
As an Account Executive at Giftogram, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping companies discover how gifting can fuel employee engagement, customer loyalty, and business growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close — and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts
Drive new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
Deliver tailored demos and proposals highlighting ROI, ease of use, and gifting impact
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term growth
Meet and exceed quarterly gross profit targets
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in HubSpot CRM
Contribute to a culture of learning, curiosity, and celebration
Who You Are
2–5 years of SaaS or tech-enabled B2B sales experience
Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a full-cycle AE role
Exceptional discovery, presentation, and storytelling skills
Empathetic listener who sells with purpose, not pressure
Entrepreneurial, organized, and thrives in a high-velocity sales environment
Passionate about recognition, appreciation, and creating positive customer experiences
