As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise organizations, building relationships that grow into long-term programs.
In this role, you'll:
- Own the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline through strategic account targeting and outreach to the program owners and business leaders who drive rewards and incentive initiatives
- Run structured discovery conversations that uncover real business challenges and connect them to meaningful outcomes -- finding the pain before presenting the solution
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with confidence, managing executive conversations and procurement processes within the same sales cycle
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every new customer starts strong
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in your CRM -- deal stages, next steps, and forecasts always current
- Hit your revenue targets and build the kind of customer relationships that grow into long-term programs
- Contribute to the evolution of Giftogram's outbound motion and go-to-market strategy
You might be a great fit if:
- You have 2-5 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of owning and closing your own deals
- You are energized by creating your own pipeline -- you do not wait for leads to come to you, but you know how to work them when they do
- You lead with curiosity -- asking thoughtful questions, listening closely, and uncovering the real problem before presenting a solution
- You are coachable and driven -- you seek feedback, apply it quickly, and continuously work to improve your craft
- You can hold your own with senior decision-makers, staying composed when deals get complex or conversations take unexpected turns
- You are self-directed and disciplined -- you manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and time without needing someone to chase you
- You are energized by building, not just executing -- we are growing quickly and this role will evolve alongside the business
- You care about the customer outcome, not just the close -- you want to help companies implement solutions that genuinely move the needle
