As an Enterprise Account Manager at Giftogram, you will own a portfolio of our largest customers — enterprise organizations of 5,000+ employees — and lead the strategy, relationships, and growth that turn them into long-term, expanding partnerships. You will be the primary driver of net revenue retention and expansion within your book of business, building deep multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and the C-suite.

Enterprise Account Management sits at the center of growth at Giftogram — working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deepen how our largest customers use the platform. As we scale, this role will play an increasingly important part in shaping how we win and grow inside the enterprise. This is an opportunity to have real impact — on customer outcomes, on revenue, and on how we sell to the enterprise long-term.


In This Role, You'll:

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) — serving as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor across the customer's organization
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue by deeply understanding each account's structure, business objectives, and reward program maturity
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and C-suite stakeholders — never relying on a single point of contact
  • Lead structured business reviews, ROI conversations, and strategic planning sessions that deepen customer investment in the platform
  • Identify and navigate internal champions, budget holders, and decision-makers using enterprise-grade account planning and political mapping
  • Proactively spot whitespace within your accounts — building the business case and driving expansion across new teams, departments, and use cases
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly expansion quotas, with performance rewarded through uncapped accelerators above target
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and expansion opportunities in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) with discipline and rigor
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless account experiences and feed market insights back into the roadmap


You Might Be a Great Fit If:

  • You have 3+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of expansion and upsell — not just renewal
  • You have proven success working with HR, Finance, or Procurement buyers at enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees)
  • You are skilled at navigating large organizations — you understand how buying decisions get made, who actually holds influence, and how to move deals forward across layers of stakeholders
  • You are proactive by nature — you don't wait for expansion to come to you. You spot whitespace, build the case, and go get it
  • You have strong executive presence — comfortable presenting to and building credibility with senior leaders
  • You read a room well, adapt your approach, and build genuine trust with a wide range of personalities and titles
  • You are organized and precise under complexity — you can carry a large book of business without letting anything slip
  • You are comfortable using data — account health, usage, and engagement signals help you prioritize your time and anticipate risk
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) is a plus
