The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll help businesses transform how they show gratitude—whether it’s recognizing employees, delighting customers, or engaging prospects. You’ll be on the front lines of growth, owning the full sales cycle and introducing companies to a better, more personal way to connect through gifting.
In This Role, You’ll:
Prospect into HR, marketing, and business operations teams to build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, and close.
Run 4–6 calls per day, tailoring each conversation to the unique goals and gifting needs of your prospects.
Manage a high volume of inbound interest while balancing strategic outbound outreach.
Educate prospects on the Giftogram platform, value proposition, and competitive differentiators.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer experience.
Track and manage opportunities in HubSpot CRM and forecast accurately.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while building long-term client relationships.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
A high-energy sales pro with 1–3 years of closing experience (bonus points if you’ve sold SaaS or HR tech).
Curious, coachable, and driven—you ask great questions, love feedback, and are always looking to improve.
Skilled at running discovery and delivering tailored demos that connect business needs to outcomes.
Confident navigating sales conversations with both end users and decision-makers.
Organized and self-motivated—you know how to prioritize your pipeline and time.
