As we accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (with strong front-end skills) to join our team and help shape the future of our platform.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that blends product design and front-end engineering. You’ll be part designer, part builder contributing to UX/UI decisions while also writing the code that brings them to life.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to define experiences, prototype solutions, and deliver polished interfaces that feel effortless to use.

If you care deeply about user experience, have an eye for detail, and enjoy shipping production-ready code, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with product managers to shape UX/UI decisions.
• Prototype in Figma or code to validate design concepts.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Maintain and expand our design system and component library (Ant Design, Storybook).
• Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and usability.
• Spot and solve UI performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to design critiques, code reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Stay current on modern UI trends, design tools, and front-end technologies.

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves

• A portfolio showcasing both design and front-end work with shipped product examples.
• 8+ years of product/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS
  • This is not a website design role!!
  • This is not a Full Stack Dev role!!
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
• Obsession with the small details. Pixel precision, typography, animations, polish.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance.
• US Citizen or GC holder
• Ability to join the team onsite in Whippany, NJ (hybrid).

Nice to Have

• Comfort prototyping in Figma, Framer, or similar.
• Background in startups or fast-moving SaaS environments.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Experience in the Fintech industry

Pay & Benefits

• Base salary: $145,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and location)
